Delineation and Mitigation
The Clean Water Act has had a substantial impact on property development. To assist current property owners or potential buyers in evaluating the site for the presence of wetlands or jurisdictional water of the United States, we have developed a phased approach to complying with the 404 regulatory program in accordance with the Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual dated January 1987.
